This web site overviews the law practice of Robert Foster, which is limited to the litigation and administration of probate estates, trusts and other succession matters in Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.  His career has included the prosecution and defense of more than one hundred contested matters, including six jury trials.

The most efficient way to tour this website is to travel on the links through the buttons to your left.  The upper buttons link to some of Mr. Foster's war stories; the lower ones point to discussions about various ways of controlling assets and reducing taxes at death.  Folks who have been in love might enjoy the tale of Bubbles and Bruno. 

In 2000, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization certified Mr. Foster as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, & Probate Law.  His Martindale-Hubbell rating is "A-V."
