Biography
Robert Foster graduated from the University of Nevada in 1968 and from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1975. In law school, he was the top oral advocate in the intra-school Moot Court competition and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in decedents' estates.
Mr. Foster was drafted into the U. S. Army, where he served as a ski and mountaineering instructor and competed for and won selection as Outstanding Soldier of the Year, Alaskan Command, 1970. He still skis, and speaks French.
